Hi there!
Cocoro Kambayashi is a Malvern, PA USA-based illustrator. She has a background in fine arts, primarily in painting, and film and media studies from receiving her BA in Studio Arts at the University of Pittsburgh in 2024. She then transitioned into digital illustration to further explore visual expression and received her MA in Illustration at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) in 2025. Her works continue to intertwine both fine and digital art and are often inspired by Japanese culture, fashion, and surrealism with themes of human condition, nature, and playful narrative design. She specializes in book and editorial illustration and character design. Looking ahead, she remains open to a variety of illustrative projects, eager to further explore new ways to expand her artistic reach.
